Common questions

I bought coins but didn't get them

Close Zestival and open it again with the internet on: a purchase that didn't finish is completed then. If the coins still haven't arrived, email us with the receipt from Apple or Google.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play, so refunds are too. On iPhone and iPad, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open your order history in Google Play.

Will my progress move to a new phone?

Not yet. Your levels, stars and coins are kept only on the phone you play on, and uninstalling Zestival deletes them.

Can I play offline?

Yes. You only need the internet to buy coins or to watch an ad for a reward.

Privacy

You choose whether Zestival may use analytics and personalized ads when you first open it, and you can change your mind any time: Settings → shield button. Read the Zestival privacy policy, or see how to delete your data.
